1. How long does it take to ship and receive my item (domestic within the USA)?

 

We ship most items within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail so you will generally receive your item within a week of purchase. However, some of our custom in-house items are handmade when orders are placed and will take approximately 3 business days to ship. You will receive those items within 1.5 weeks.

 


 

2. Where is Rave Wonderland located and can I come to your store?

 

We are located in the upstairs loft of a fashion district business located at 915 Santee Street Ste 3, Los Angeles. While we don't have a proper retail shop with all the bells and whistles, you are welcome to schedule a time to come by to check out our stuff in person. Just email us and we will be in touch with you shortly!

 


 

3. How does it take to ship and receive my item (international orders)?

 

We ship most items with 1-2 business days via First Class International Mail. Most of the world, including Europe and Australia will receive their order within 2.5 weeks of ordering. However, we do offer an expedited shipping option (either Priority or Priority Express) which takes varies between 3 days to 1.5 weeks to receive your item. If you need this option, please contact us immediately to ensure we can give you an accurate quote and get the items to you in time.

 


 

4. Can I pick up my order?

 

Yes, you can pick up your order from our downtown Los Angeles storefront. Just email us first to schedule a time so we can be sure to have your order ready.

 


 

5. What is your return/exchange policy for Halloween Costumes?

 

We only allow store credit or exchanges for Halloween Costumes. Costumes must be returned in its original UNWORN UNDAMAGED and tagged condition.  You must contact us to get approval for store credit or an exchange - You will need to have your item postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your products based on your tracking information. 

 

We do not cover return shipping unless it was a mistake or defect on our part.
